ADEQUATE GUIDANCE DILUTES MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS

Abstract

The aim of the present study is to find relationship between problems related to mental health and guidance needs of 200 adolescents of Patiala district of Punjab state. The tools used were Mental Health Check-list by Pramod Kumar (1992) and Guidance Needs Inventory by J. S. Grewal(1982). Findings of the study indicated a significant relationship between guidance need and mental health of adolescents.
